Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical person to join us as a QA / Software Tester Web & Mobile Apps. This is an ideal role for people with 2-3 years experience in software testing ready to dive into hands-on testing and QA work in a startup environment.
At Norrbit we're we help build MERO - Eastern Europe’s fastest-growing beauty-services app (12 000+ beauty professionals, 8M bookings/year).
Requirements
What You’ll Be Doing

Manually test mobile and web applications (functional and usability testing)

Identify, document, and communicate bugs and improvement ideas

Support data entry, validation, and dataset organization

Conduct market research and summarize key findings

Help prepare dashboards, reports, and client-facing materials

Participate in product feedback sessions and strategy discussions
- Ocasional data entry, validation, and organizing datasets
You’re a Great Fit If:

You have excellent English (spoken and written) — this is our working language

You’re detail-focused, patient, and observant

You’re familiar with using web and mobile applications actively

You have basic skills with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)

Bonus points for experience with: test automation for react native / js, testing documentation, bug tracking tools (like Linear, Qase)
