Job Description

  • Be responsible for the performance of all production and quality;
  • Cooperate with other sites of the Inission group and is involved in the development of the group;
  • Preparation and organization of reporting and analysis to Inision group sites;
  • Represent the company in cooperation with the management;
  • Be co-responsible for the delivery of orders, arrange production activities according to the set delivery conditions;
  • Be co-responsible for meeting product quality requirements;
  • Actively develop the activities of all divisions and, if necessary, make additions and suggestions for ISO, OHSAS and LEAN activities;
  • Be responsible for the availability and maintenance of all production resources;

Requirements

  • 5-10 years experience from manufacturing of mechanical parts preferably sheet metal;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or previous professional experience in relevant position;
  • Have a good level of English and Estonian in both speech and writing,
  • Russian, Finish or Swedish skills will be preferable;
  • Be a good time planner, accurate and systematic, cooperative and reliable;
  • Good communication and analytical skills;
  • Knowledge of mechanics and desire for continuous improvement;
