Your Challenge As Trade Marketing Manager you will be responsible for implementation of trade marketing strategy in Estonia by enhancing demand at the trade through engaging in a spectrum of activities in the market which are mainly below-the-line (BTL) as well as Digital. Your responsibilities:

Managing BTL activities for all small domestic appliances categories in Estonia, working closely on plans with marketing and sales team

Managing BTL activities aimed at developing engagement with consumers within the store environment - both online and offline

Managing BTL supplier base & relationships

Generating market insights to be used for development & planning of marketing communications

Leading Category Management and shop in shop projects in the country

Managing merchandisers & promoters in Estonia

Developing or adapting generic TM (Trade Marketing) tools & deliverables like POS, toolkits

Managing the training function for all PH categories for distributor teams and shop floor personnel Requirements:

Bachelor degree level in business, marketing or similar

Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in trade marketing

Good understanding of digital tools related to trade marketing

Strong planning and organization skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills

Mature enough to solve the problems independently and to persuade others
