Driver Supervisor

We are looking for a Driver Supervisor for our regional office. The Driver Supervisor is responsible for Controlling, Supporting and Monitoring our colleagues operating our trucks across Europe.

Supporting and supervising our colleagues performing our trips across Europe
Work safety management and regulatory issues (overtime)
Responsible for driving resting regulations is followed according to legislation and performing proper training/instruction.
Performing administrative tasks necessary to support our dispatchers and assist Management on other special projects assigned
Supporting the Transportation Manager to ensure compliance to all Euroopean and State regulatory requirements
Resolve Driver issues and needs, on and off the road.
Coordinate time off requests with appropriate management personnel.
Analyze driver performance and provide recommendations to appropriate personnel.
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
Instruct and train all company assigned to transport department in proper safety procedures and regulations; direct employees in identifying and correcting any unsafe conditions; eliminate overtime violations and improve department's performance.
Ensuring that all contract regulations pertaining to employees are enforced (overtime)
Responsible for driver training and inspection programs
Work closely with Transportation Supervisors to resolve problems

Fluency in Estonian, Russian and English
Microsoft Office skills
High sense of responsibility and detail orientation;
Proactive and open-minded person with positive attitude;
Able to stick to the rules and striving to reach the goal;
Ability to work under pressure;
