Sales manager
for its newly opened production of Lighting solutions in Estonia (Narva)
The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying new prospects in the area. • Bachelor’s Degree (Bachelor’s in Sales or Marketing will be preferred)
• Language skills: Russian, English, Estonian (German language skills will be a plus)
• Minimum 2 years of related sales experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with proven persuasive power
• Good computer skills, telephone etiquette and work ethic
• Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, good time management and task prioritization skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure on strict deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly growing business
• Customer focused approach and ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly
