Triobet BUSINESS ANALYST

Triobet is looking for an experienced business analyst to join commercial team in Tallinn. The objective of the role is to contribute to Triobet team, with a strong focus on delivering data analysis and actionable insights to support whole team.

As a Business Analyst you’ll have huge amounts of value to offer by providing a deeper understanding of the customer:

*Conduct regular and ad hoc analysis, with a focus on:
*Campaign Analytics
*Financial Analytics
*Engagement Analytics
*Support the Managing Director, Head of Products and other stakeholders within the brand
*Collaborate with various stakeholders outside the brand – Web Analytics, Data Science, Optimization, Business Intelligence, Marketing, etc.

We are looking for a person, who is able not only to get the numbers, but also interpret them and give meaningful recommendations for the commercial team.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Set up regular and ad-hoc reports based on briefs from CRM, Product managers, Marketing and Customer Experience team
Propose appropriate measurement methodologies to understand campaign performance
Identify opportunities to drive customer value through CRM activity
Review customer data for trends, patterns, and casual analysis to assist in understanding customer’s activity
Perform analysis of marketing campaigns to determine business impacts
Design, enhance, and distribute reports that clearly communicate campaign and/or business results
Clearly summarize data and analysis in a simple and concise format.
Analyse and interpret information from multiple data sources and business stakeholders to identify actionable insights
Contribute to customer segmentation models
Educate and team on research methodologies and data interpretation
Work closely with other data related departments to synthesize different data sources and implement best practices and knowledge sharing

Requirements

Very strong excel skills - if a VLOOKUP is making you sweat, this job may not be for you
SQL, intermediate level
Good understanding of PowerPoint, experience with visual techniques for data presentation
Understanding of business financials, ROI & Customer Life Cycle
Demonstrable experience of extracting, transforming and working with large sets of data
English language, both verbal and written
Commercially minded with excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, adapt easily to changing situations and demonstrates flexibility in juggling priorities
Experience of working within E-commerce industry is a plus
An advantage will be considered knowledge of Google Analytics and Tableau
Problem solver with a can do attitude
