Assistant to director

Well here is your chance. We're looking for an assistant to our business director. You job will be to execute potential market studies, contact clients, do minor customer support, translate documents and prepare accounting information.

Our company works on creating new services and starting new companies in a field of web and mobile and we need a entrepreneurial minded person to help us grow.

Below are our requirements:

Most important is attitude. You will be given a task in general direction and it's up to you to find the way to execute it and get results. Here is an example: we need to find a way to produce low-cost product X in Estonia. Your job is to figure out how it can be done and what does it cost.

You have to speak Russian and English. If you speak finnish that put's you right in the top. Best scenario is you this: you can produce text in finnish, speak in russian and write/speak in english.

You have to have some basic IT knowledge: how to use a mouse, how to google, how to call people, how to use word and powerpoint :)

If you have some startup experience or entrepreneurial experience it's a HUGE plus.

We offer at the start a hourly based salary. It's preferable if you have an Estonian company so we can make a subcontractor contract (but this not required). Once we see how you manage we can proceed further to a full time position and even possible a partner position in the company.

You will work remotely (no office) so you can work in your pyjamas if you want :)
