Job Description

We are looking for somebody who wants to be part of the team building a product with a huge global opportunity.

Greenhouse is ambitious - we're going to be the most preferred continuous integration service for mobile app developers worldwide! More and more users from different continents are flocking to us and our small team needs to grow.

We're looking for a technical support engineer who's open minded, values constant self-development and genuinely wants to make our customers happy. You'll take ownership of our support process and customer issues and see problems through to resolution. We're looking for somebody who's result oriented with a startup mindset.

Responsibilities:
* Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers via web chat and email
* Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
* Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes, FAQ entries, articles and blog posts.
* Constantly improve our support processes and tools

Requirements

Required Skills:
* Ability to read and understand code and configuration files
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent client-facing skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

Bonus Points:
* BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
* iOS and/or Android development experience.
