Our client is a proud member of a global leader in outstanding customer experience management.Currently,they are recruiting for full-time (8 hours) employment,Estonian agents to join their multilingual speaking team.
You will be working for one of the best known, largest and most well respected multilingual Contact Centers worldwide; employing several thousand people around the globe, with offices in over 47 countries. The Contact Center handles more than 20,000 telephone based customer service projects every year on a global basis.
The main responsibility will be providing Customer Care and 1st line Technical Support to existing clients via Inbound Calls, e-mails or Chatting in Estonian.

Education: High school or Higher education
Experiences required: 0-2 years in a customer facing role
Language skills: Estonian – Fluent /English – Very good
Strong tech skills and familiar with new technologies
Excellent communication / soft skills
Team spirit - Hard working – Customer Service oriente

Basic month salary € 1045 gross + bonus scheme
Location of working place: Athens, Greece

Working time/ hours per day 9:00 – 18:00 , 12:00 – 21:00
