WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR INTERNSHIP:

• coordinate and monitor the project activities in Estonia market;
• analyze Estonia market in detail;
• to make new contacts;
• develop the project’s key objectives, scope, success criteria and communicate them effectively across the project team;
• proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans;
• effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
