Driver Planner-team player in our planning/support/controlling group

Drivers work and absence planning;
Controlling and overviewing planning, reporting on deviations.
Contribute to maintenance and efficiency improvement of our processes in the field of planning, support and controlling
Communication with driver or other operational units in matters related to driver performance, controlling and compliance of laws
Forecasting on drivers for recruitment and needs.
Participate in divisional projects when required;
Relieve colleagues in Operations Support/controlling when required.

Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken;
German language will be a benefit.
Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.);
Strong analytical skills;
High sense of responsibility and detail orientation;
Ability to work under pressure;
Proactive and open-minded person with positive attitude;
Able to stick to the rules and striving to reach the goal.
Ability to communicate in all levels
