PROCESS ENGINEER

Process Engineer position is opened in Process Technology department, which is developing, improving and supporting Final Assembly production processes, ensures process quality & safety and optimized resource usage.

You will:
drive Process DFM FA and PFMEA
create new production manufacturing processes
support global and local production with process related issues
create proposals for production lines layouts and implement them in scope of the projects work
coordinate of layout related issues with corresponding responsible persons
create and update process related flow-charts and instructions
order suitable equipment for new processes and cooperate with equipment suppliers
work with time and motion study
analyze work methods & optimize of line balance and manpower utilization
define of cycle times, bottlenecks and production capacity
to secure work time data is correct and available for all stakeholders
provide new process related trainings for Production personnel
use of Lean and Six Sigma methodology for production process design and development

You have extensive experience within production processes, ergonomics, mechanical design, risk management;
You are self-motivated, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge.;
You have experience in the areas of pre-development and pre-studies;
You have root cause analysis competence
You speak and write in English fluently
You have an university degree within technology
