Sales Manager

Sales manager is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of sales department and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies. The candidate is responsible for developing and growing the sales department and establishing high standard of performance in the Estonia. The key responsibility will be to gain with the team market share and sales growth.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

•Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets for Estonia;
•Developing relationships with clients;
•Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets;
•Maximising new business development opportunities
•Reaching the targets and goals set for Estonia;
•Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products;
•Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base;
•Servicing the needs of Company’s existing customers;
•Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market;
•Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole;
•Recruiting and training sales staff;
•Allocating areas to sales representatives and tele sales;
•Developing sales strategies and setting targets;
•Monitoring sales team's performance and motivating them to reach targets;
•Compiling and analysing sales figures;
•Managing major customer accounts;
•Collecting customer feedback and market research;
•Keeping up to date with products and competitors;
•Regular reporting as well as monitoring and planning the budget and objectives set in the region is understood;
•Reporting to Baltic management.

Requirements:

•University degree and at least 3 years sales director or senior sales manager experience;
•Experience of managing, motivating, training and coaching a team of people in a sales environment
•Committed, self-motivated individual capable of building bridges with other teams, establishing scalable processes, and solving novel problems creatively;
•Hardworking and goal orientated;
•Strong leadership qualities and ability of working in a team;
•High stress resistance, good customer service skills and ability to meet strict deadlines;
•Fluent in Estonian, Russian, English;
•Good knowledge in MS Office.
