Business Development Manager

We are seeking an ambitious, bright, forward-thinking, entrepreneurial and high-spirited individual to join us as Country Manager for Estonian market (Riga office and/or able to work remotely). Country Manager will be responsible for the development and growth of a new business.

Responsibilities:
• Strenghten and manage Fabula presence in Estonian market
• Communicate and work with local publishers and authors in Estonia
• Represent Fabula at significant literature and prose related events in Estonia
• Build and maintain readers community in Estonia
• Answer support emails and calls from Estonia

• Bachelor's degree (or unfinished higher education)
• Interest in Entrepreneurship, Marketing/Business Development, Management and Literature
• Strong project management skills and ability to work efficiently
• Flexibility to work in a startup environment, moving quickly and handling changing priorities
• Knowledge of Finnish language is an advantage
