Account Manager - Online Media

As an Account Manager (Ad-Network) your rule is to be responsible to all subjects related to the AN operation process.

Tasks that are related to the AM operation must be monitor by you and approved, you will report all the information that you gather to the director of operation on a daily basis.

The AM will have to control the performance and optimised traffic to the fullest and will have direct impact on the operational out come.

All aspect related to the Ad-Networks will have to be monitored and reviewed by you, any issues with any of the Campaigns/ Net-Works will be your responsibility.

Day 2 Day Tasks:
• Reporting performance to management (daily meeting)
• Monitor the networks performance
• Relationship management: Ad-Network, Sources, account
• Manage and update reporting tools and performance dashboard
• Optimized performance of networks
• Tracking and reporting budget and also sorting payments
• Documentation of any new process you may conduct
• Research the net and actively look for new business opportunities.

• Excellent attention to detail and organised
• Very strong Analysing skills, results and goal oriented approach
• Extremely good communication skills: Emails, Skype, Phone, face 2 face
• Excellent English Skills: written and spoken
• Any NORDICS Language is major advantage (Swedish, Finish, Norwegian)
• Proven ability to multi-task, deliver exceptional results
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proactive work ethic, ability to work in a fast paced, competitive, and
collaborative environment
• Proven ability to fearlessly initiate, establish and nurture partner
relationships over the phone and in person
• Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
browsers)
