Travel Consultant with Finnish and English language

Job Description

•Welcome-, Activation- and Redemption calls to existing Corporate accounts
•Analyze the company’s travel needs

Shifts are planned as follows: Day shifts are from 07.00- 19.00, one shift is 8 hours Evening Shifts are from 16.00- 02.00, one shift is 8 hours After 6 months night shifts (from 23.00- 07.00) will be added. Night shifts are planned according to company requirements, today there is 4 night shifts planned per month. The training will be for 5 weeks, starting from April 13th 2015.

•Excellent command of the two languages
•Excellent communication skills, you know how to listen and have a desire to help
•Very comfortable working with computer
•Interested in the airline and travel business
•Can work full time
•Prefer to work in shifts and can work in day, evening and night shifts

•Experience in working in an international environment at an international company
•good working environment in Tallinn city center
