Shop Manager

Online and speciality web shops viinitkotiin.com and cigars.ee are opening new premises, a service centre at the Port of Tallinn in April 2015. The service centre is much more than an ordinary salespoint and enables to serve customers better.

You will be responsible for sales of wines and cigars, and customer service functions. You will be our store manager, a host in the shop and having overall responsibility for daily functions. You will also help us in arranging customer events like winetastings and marketing happenings.

We expect you have a suitable education and experience from customer service. You are responsible and familiar with sales and understand the importance of marketing and giving excellent service. You speak Estonian, English and Finish. You are salesminded, positive and dedicated.
