- Flawless English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Extra languages would be a benefit, but not mandatory
- Excellent telephone and written communication manner when dealing with clients
- Problem solving skills/analytical ability
- Conscientiousness
- Previous experience in sales, or a high motivation to learn
- Experience in Forex online environments/customer service is a big advantage
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts
