Client Setup Expert

We are seeking a Client Setup Expert, whose main responsibility is administration of client requests, setting up content solutions for bookmakers and media clients. You will also facilitate the requests between sales department, development department and our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Help our clients to integrate properly with Betradar products
- Set up and maintain XML feeds and Hosted solutions
- Work collaboratively with other designers and engineers



Required Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal English is a MUST
- Strong problem-solving skills
- IT Engineer or equivalent technical background
- HTML and CSS coding experience
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in Support/Client communications is an advantage
