Bookkeeper

We are seeking a bookkeeper to work with our chief accountant. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the following areas:
1) Inventory Management
2) Calculating profit and loss statements
3) Must be able to learn new programs quickly
4) Must be very good with numbers
5) Must have experience with purchase orders, sales orders, receivables, and organization information to prepare daily profit and loss calculations.

The main objective is to keep control of inventory, track profit and loss, ability to prepare reports on a daily basis, calculate net profit, and gross profit.

Must be an expert with excel
Must have an above average ability to use computers and new technology.
Must be able to solve problems.
Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Must have experience with inventory control.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Must be extremely organized
Must be detailed oriented
