MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

› Monitoring and analysing production processes;
› Production support;
› Participating in projects ( NPI, GPI, TPI, internal);
› Design of production lines;
› Ordering suitable machines, tools, instruments and fixtures;
› Creating and updating process procedures and work instructions, training of production personal;
› Continuous improvement of production process by using Lean principles;
› Drive Design for Assembly and PFMEA analyses, participate in RCA analyses.

› University degree in technics;
› Technology processes and machinery knowledge;
› Experience in production technology in use;
› Computer skills : MS Office (AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor & Enterprise Dynamics is optional);
› Initiative and results orientated, has a strong personal drive and social skills;
› Good cooperation and communication skills;
› Fluent in English, Russian and Estonian.
