Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for talented imports-exports its ranks specialist, to expand the cultivation of new grip in local and foreign markets. We are trying to find a Sales & Marketing Manager to build our business in the Baltic’s. We require someone with 5-10 years experience in developing the market for one or more new products. We need you to be fluent in speaking and writing Estonian, Russian and English. It is important that you can work effectively alone and manage your time properly. The company’s primary product area is food products such as saffron, and other spices. Secondly, we are also dealing with construction products, so any experience in this area and/or a good understanding of construction would be a plus

Active purchase and sales
Creating sales quotes
Ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relations
Management information system of orders
Partners in the promotion of business relations
Sell target performance

Higher education (may be finished)
Sale experience (preferably international) 5-10 years
The required languages Estonian, English, Russian. Swedish is a plus
Entrepreneurship and initiative
Good ability of communication and negotiation
Willingness to work in the ever-changing environment
experience in using MS Word / MS Excel
