Job description
The job includes providing IT-support for our customer service team, managing Windows-based network, resolving localization related IT issues and doing basic DTP with InDesign, Framemaker, and Microsoft Office products.

Skill requirements
- fluency in English
- experience in IT support, Windows domain management, Linux-based servers, DTP
- analytic mindset
- ability to handle stressful situations with a customer-service attitude
- ability to quickly learn use of new tools, instructions, and software
