Office Assistant / HR Manager
Job description
We are looking for Office Assistant / HR Manager, who will be responsible for
• Job advertisings, handling incoming applications, preparing job interviews
• Administration of accounting documentation
• Administration of communication to state authorities
• Administration of office rooms,
• Organizing of purchases
• Help in organization of fairs and exhibitions
• Organization of Company events
Skill requirements
• Previous relevant job experience – at least 2 years
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to work independently, problem solver
• Good PC user skills – MS Office

Languages required: Estonian, Russian and English (fluent), knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
