Job description
Have previous hotel reception experience in a 4/5 star hotel
Be an excellent communicator
Have a genuine passion for customer care
Have ambition to progress
Ideally have previous working knowledge of Micros Fidelio platforms.
This is a full time role, working 5 days over 7, operating early and late shifts.
Duties include:
Checking in and out of guests
Call handling
Concierge duties
Reservations and admin
