Job description
* Acquisition of the new customers, processing leads and opportunities
* Supporting existing customers by the telephone and e-mail with answering product and service questions, issue resolving, complaint handling
* Creating offers for projects, support contracts, hosting contracts, workshops
* Managing marketing materials, web sites and contacts
Skill requirements
* Fluent German and English
* Good interactive telephone/communicative skills
* Intermediate knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications
* Willingness to learn new things
