Logistics planner/dispatcher

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Logistics planning for outbound deliveries
• Cost approvals for assessorial costs and invoices.
• Management of spot lanes and shipments
• Ensuring lead time tables are correct and adjusted when needed
• Validating freight rate before shipment issuance
• Investigating customer complaints related to logistics
• Entering and investigating non-conformances related to transport.
• Shipping documentation for finished goods.

Personal qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics/supply chain
• Work experience: 3+ years in supply chain, customer service or logistics.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the order to cash process.
• Advanced PC user: MS Office, Outlook, SAP ESP.
• Fluency in written and spoken Russian.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Estonian knowledge would be a plus.
• Personal qualities: ability to work in a team, ability to work in stressful situations, logical thinking.
• Must be highly motivated, self-directed and able to manage challenges.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong commitment to safety.
