As a waiter/waitress at Peppersack Medieval Restaurant, your responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Presenting food and beverages according to our standards and maintaining clean, organized tables.
• Having a good understanding of the menu to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff for efficient service.
• Handling payments accurately and following safety and hygiene protocols.
• Soliciting and addressing guest feedback to improve service quality.

Your role is essential in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence.

Knowledge of Russian and Finnish is considered favorable.
