Get ready to:
- Be a member of Baltic team with local knowledge;
- Draft legal loan agreements according to approved credit decisions;
- Provide legal support in matters of legal questions to the bank employees;
- Provide support and legal opinion in the preparation of standardized and non-standard documentation;
- Team up with relationship managers and provide legal support in matters of legal loan agreement discussions.

- University degree in Law;
- In-depth knowledge in the field of Civil Law and understanding of Financial Institutions operations and the requirements of regulatory laws;
- Understanding business lending principles and related legal environment;
- Willingness to work with documentation;
- High sense of responsibility and accuracy;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in agile environment and multinational team;
- Proficiency in Estonian and English languages (both spoken and written);
- Experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
