Assistant to Order Master

Full-time position in logistics team, supporting our Senior Order Master, who manages and oversees the fulfillment of all orders in our company. Daily tasks are diverse and depend on the situation:

• Adding orders to our system
• Assigning orders to the right person,
• Communications with top management
• Guide and support logistics team
• Handling internal documents
• Communications with customers
• Provide assistance to other team members to keep the operation smooth• A more detailed job description will be provided when you start the position

• Being reliable and taking responsibility

• A strong desire to learn and to contribute

• Accuracy and proactiveness

• Strong team-player attitude, and a considerate mindset for others

• Strong command of spoken and written Estonian and English, and Russian level B1 minimum
