AP Specialist

Your main responsibilities will include:

• managing accounts payables
• handling vendor invoices
• performing payables reporting and maintaining pending AP invoice workflow
• responding to vendor inquiries
• participating in financial projects and acting as a tester in case of system upgrades and version updates

At the moment, we are offering a fixed-term contract for parental leave replacement.

What we would like from you:

• experience in accounts payable processes
• experience in Finnish travel is an advantage
• fluency in English and Finnish
• SAP knowledge
• service mindset and good communication skills
• interest in continuous improvement
