Engineering Lead

• Design, define and guide the architecture of our systems
• Lead and support developers daily in their choices, hands on
• Help our business development team designing novel solutions
• Tune and improve our development process as we grow
• Create and maintain knowledge about the systems

• You have 5+ years of experience as a software developer, varied programming languages
• You have the ability to clearly express software architecture vision
• You have leadership skills and you take responsibility
• You focus on practical solutions and the things that matter
• You are comfortable collaborating with non-technical colleagues
• Your English is fluent
• You are a friendly person who is fun to work with
