Your role:

• Effective handling of the submitted insurance claims: customer service, organising the repair/replacement of devices via partners, organising transportation for the insured devices, etc.
• Exchanging information between partners and customers;
• Fast and friendly customer service;
• Explaining INZMO's services to customers.

What do we expect?

• Languages: German (very good), English (very good)
• Great communication skills, dedication, openness and cheerfulness;
• Ability to explain yourself in an easy-to-understand way in writing and orally;
• Prior experience as a claims handler can be a plus;
• Ability to learn fast.
