STOREKEEPER – CONTROLLER

The Croatian employer Hanjes d.o.o., specialized only for processing of sheet metal, aluminum profiles, refined steel and steel is looking for a STOREKEEPER – CONTROLER. Employer is based in Trnovec Bartolovečki which is located a few kilometers from the center of Varaždin, a town in Northwest Croatia. More information on www.hanjes.com.
Jobs at the workplace include the following work tasks:
- preparation of packaging documentation (lists, labels), reception, dispatch, loading organization
- receipt of basic and extra material and storage - disposal, quantity control
- actualization with the ERP system after the delivery has been updated
- creating a demand for the purchasing of additional material in accordance with the minimal and signal amounts (as needed raw material as well) - coordination with procurement cervice of HANJES + CO
- technical and term coordination of the departments and scheduling of certain operations and workers
- defining the need for procurement of equipment, tools, appliances, supplies and additional materials for departmental needs
- responsibility for warehousing - material business
- other jobs by employer's order.

Requirements:
- technical education
- forklift driver licence is desirable but not necessary.
- English B1

The employer is willing to provide free accommodation and arrange transportation from the location of the accommodation to the work location. The employer offers a permanent work contract with the probationary work up to 3 months.
