Arras Construction Furniture (ACF) is a company that produces fasteners - mainly wood-connectors. We started back in 1999 from our domestic market in Estonia. In 2009 we began exporting our products, and today we have partners in 14 different countries. Besides our own production we also import items from Europe and Asia. ACF is known for it’s wide product range, high delivery performance, innovative items and ideas, personal approach and competitive prices.

As a Nordic sales manager your responsibilities will be the management and growth of the Finnish, Swedish and Icelandic markets in ACF. You will already have an existing customer base of approximately 15 companies. Since you will be growing sales on the named markets, we are expecting our new team member to be enthusiastic about sales, someone who will see new sales opportunities and is able to work in a team, but also individually when necessary. We are engaged in B2B sales and the expected business trip schedule is at least six times per year. As a sales manager you will be taking part in international fairs and your input in marketing will be also appreciated.

What we expect from you:
- Sales experience at least 3 years
- Good English and Finnish language skills
- Category B drivers licence
- Initiative, open mindedness and positivity
- Higher education
- Word, Excel, Powerpoint, e-Mail, web and other everyday programm skills
