SHIFT MANAGER

- co-responsibility for achieving business goals in terms of sales
- participate in supervising activities related to the functioning of the shop in accordance with the standards of the company
- coordination of tasks and responsibility for the subordinate group of
employees
- reliable and professional customer service of the shop

- sales experience or direct customer service
- minimum secondary education
- practice-based management ability to manage a team of employees
- experience in motivating employees
- Fluent Estonian, good language skills of Russian and English
- very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- analytical skills, communication, availability
- enthusiasm and commitment to the duties performer
