Trader/Operations Manager

We’re a family office with a newly established subsidiary in Estonia, Tallinn region. Our company is seeking to recruit trader/operations manager to support and conduct our systematic trading in listed securities and derivatives.

The person who we seek to engage would ideally have the following background and qualities:

• Familiarity with financial markets and instruments, either through tertiary education, professional career or individual interest
• Ability to execute given instructions independently and when the relevant market is active. This is likely to include some work outside office hours
• Excellent computing skills. Programming skills (preferably Microsoft .NET/C#) are not required, but we are able to offer more specialized work for candidates who can demonstrate such proficiency
• Willingness to travel regularly (e.g. bi-monthly) for training and meetings that will be arranged in our headquarters in Helsinki region
• Excellent command of English language. Language skills in Finnish, Estonian or Swedish are an advantage
