HR & Recruitment Specialist

* You will be responsible for IT talent acquisition and retention
* You will participate in growing Neotech Employer Brand amongst IT professionals in the Baltic States
* You will become our brand ambassador in all training & conference events
* You will take care of all company day-to-day HR needs
* You will be responsible for HR Documentation and Data maintenance
* You will be the key person in corporate event organization
* You will provide monthly and Ad-Hoc reports to Group Head of HR and management
* Make suggestions on necessary process and environment improvements to the Group Head of HR

* You have 3+ years of successful experience in HR preferably in IT-related field
* You are confident about your ideas and would like to move towards common goal
* You know where and how to find the right person to fill the job opening
* You know what words ATS and HRMS mean
* You have strong analytical skills and attention to details, reporting does not seem boring to you
* You are people person with customer-focus and pro-active attitude to work
* You take responsibility and have creative approach to problem-solving
* You are fluent in Russian and English
