QA Lead to the Wargaming Prague office

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to bring meticulous and exceptional polish to our game experience at the new QA Center of Excellence in the Wargaming Prague office.

What you will do:
• Establish a healthy culture for this new QA unit
• Test complex gameplay functionalities
• Create test documentation and processes
• Lead your QA unit to new heights and create flawless gaming experiences for our passionate and loyal players

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience working in as QA Lead / QA Manager • Experience managing and coordinating QA teams • Solid understanding of development and QA processes • Experience in documentation (technical specifications, game design documents, etc.) • Basic knowledge of client-server architecture • Basic knowledge of current-generation consoles • Absolute passion for games • Excellent written and oral English language skills Desirable: Experience working in gameplay QA Solid understanding of Game development and QA processes • Experience working with multiple game platforms and genres • Experience working with TRCs/TCRs • Working knowledge of the Czech language • Working knowledge of the Russian language To apply, please forward your resume to a_iljin(at)wargaming.net
