We will allow you to get involved as generic Project Manager in different projects across different areas (sales, partner ecosystems development, marketing, customer facing technology, consulting, support, ect) and also to join Microsoft Academy for College Hires (MACH) program and attend some international trainings during your first 18 to 24 months as well as take part in a few online learning activities. These bring together a community of thousands of graduates from over 60 countries, enabling you to build a global network of contacts and to gain exposure to real Microsoft business activities and leaders in the world!
Your will be given the chance to learn Microsoft business - we’ll put you on real projects from the start, developing your natural talents and providing you with insights that will change the way you look at everything from smartphones to search engines and beyond. You will be provided with the infrastructure and resources to define and grow you career including access to world-class learning solutions both online and live in classrooms.
After some time on this generic Project Manager role you will have a chance to move into one of the specific roles (in Sales, Marketing or Technical/Services space) upon availability & business need.

Requirements

Qualifications and requirements

• Within one year of graduation from University (2016-2017 graduate – full-time Bachelor or Master Degree);
• Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, Project Management, Business or Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, IT Security or related technical discipline (ie math, physics) is a big advantage;
• Working experience in sales, project management, analytics, technical consulting, software development, IT solutions deployment, IT support is a huge benefit;
• Ability to build successful Customer/Partner Relationships; client facing experience will be an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
• Excellent negotiations and cross-group collaboration skills;
• Passion for Microsoft solutions; hands-on experience with Microsoft products will be a plus;
• Customer obsessed;
• Open&honest;
• Self-motivation;
• Thriving in a fast paced, ambiguous environment;
• Fluent English and local language;
• Knowledge of other European languages is a benefit;
• Open to business trips and potential relocation;
• Open&excited about various career opportunities in Sales/Marketing/Technical&Services areas; ready for taking various career tracks;
• Able to work full-time starting from January-February 2017;
• Most important is the willingness to gain new skills and learn further.
