Senior Software Developer C#

As part of our fully in-house development team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of systems and technologies, from back-end services in C# and PL/SQL to front-end Javascript and jQuery. Our team is responsible for real-time multi-threaded price delivery services, client-facing websites, back-office systems and mobile platforms. Our team enjoys finding innovative yet appropriate solutions that constantly push the boundaries of our systems in terms of usability, performance, scalability & availability. You will be working on challenging projects as part of a skilled and enthusiastic development team of 15 developers, using SCRUM. Like all our developers, you will be encouraged to play a key role in driving the future technology of the company. Min 4 years commercial development experience with .NET using C#

Commercial experience using SOA, preferably with a good understanding of distributed transactions

Strong analytical skills for technical problem solving

Good understanding of software development patterns Desirable skills

Extensive experience using JavaScript and client-side frameworks like jQuery / prototype

Commercial experience using AJAX and web application development

Working understanding of HTML5 and CSS3

Extensive knowledge of usability, accessibility and W3C standards

Experience in mobile technologies, such as Objective C and cross-platform mobile development

Good understanding of Enterprise architectural patterns

Oracle PL/SQL development, including performance tuning

Experience in multi-threaded development

Any exposure to these technologies is a bonus: ASP.NET MVC 5, WCF, WebSockets Sockets, Low latency systems, TFS 2013, Oracle 12c,

Selenium, NUnit, TeamCity
