Job Description
We are looking for new Norwegian speaking IT support specialists to our Service Desk team
• To support customer in solving IT related questions and problems over the phone and by e-mail in Norwegian language;
• To register client contacts, analyze them, find best possible solution and provide ustomer with nessecary help and information;
• To maintain data accuracy in databases and follow the instructions.
Requirements
You are a great asset to our team, if:
• You speak Norwegian at least in medium level;
• You have good communication skills;
• You wish to understand and help the customer;
• You like to work in a team;
• You can aquire new information fast and would like to develop yourself in IT area.
