Process Engineer

* Define, implement, maintain, and improve Final Assembly manufacturing processes including soldering,
coating, dispensing and module assembly
* Maintain process control according to established standards and drive manufacturing improvements
related to your processes
* Oversee final assembly fixtures, tools, their acceptance validation and implementation in the production
process
* Support process validations, production release and NPI
* Analyze production issues related to soldering, coating, dispensing, and assembly; prepare process
documentation
* Develop and create manufacturing procedures, instructions, and training materials

* Education in Engineering or a related STEM field
* At least 3 years relevant work experience in manufacturing with understanding of industrial
equipment and processes
* Familiarity with IPC standards
* Experience with Lean and Continuous Improvement Methods (e.g., PDCA, Six Sigma)
* Language skills: Proficient in English and Russian
* Proficiency in mechanical design software such as SolidWorks will be a plus
* Proficiency in automotive standards and requirements will be a plus
